Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape Z Fold Card

Today is round 2 of the Card Chain Swap that I started in May. It’s a fun journey with 9 other Australian demonstrators. It is a card version of what is called “Chinese Whispers” in Australia. Each of us designed a card (in mailing round 1) and sent it off to one of the other participants. That person CASE-d (Copy And Share Everything / Copy And Selectively Edit) the card and send their version on to the next person. The card made its way around until finally a version came home to the maker. This is the second card in this series of blog hops for each of the card designs to share the fun and amazement at the evolution.

My card below was the 8th version of the card made by Mandy Witherby from New South Wales. So if you want to see how the design started out be sure to check hers out first and follow around in order. Some of the ladies blog and some share to their Facebook Pages (or both).

This card is a Z fold card, with the top of the Z being the card front folded in half back on itself. I’ve used the Arches Dies to create the front sentiment spot, which has been mirror on the inside. When the card is closed you can see the inside arch which was used as the spot to write on the inside. The papers are from the Kintsugi Inspirations Designer Series Papers, whilst the flowers are from the Extaordinary Flora Washi Tape. I love this washi tape. It has matching dies and stamps, so you can die cut it out to use like I have, you can even stamp VersaMark Ink on it to emboss the outlines of the flowers and leaves. So much fun. To check out all the products that I used on this card go here.

You can view all the blogs in this hop here.

Hope you all have a crafty day,

Dannii
