Hi, I’m Danielle Edwards. I’m a wife; a mother of two beautiful girls and a very handsome little man; I work as an Art and Photography Teacher at a Secondary College (High School) in Melbourne. I’ve been a crafter for as long as I can remember – completing craft and sewing activities with my mum growing up.

I started my long term passion for Scrapbooking as a 16 year old who was given a Scrapbooking album for Christmas. And I’ve never looked back. I’ve now over 20 years on  and created over 30 Scrapbook Albums, plus digital photo books and millions of other paper craft projects. Training at uni as a Photographer only increased my love of scrapbooking and developed my passion for preserving memories.

I have been now teaching scrapbooking, card making and other craft classes now for over 5 years to people in my home or theirs, and other venues. To book into one of my events check out the events page.

Close to My Heart is my company of choice for all my paper craft needs. I joined them as an Independent Consultant when they launched in Australia in July 2013 and have loved every minute. I run a regular workshop schedule and also provide my fabulous hosts with the opportunity to earn fantastic products for free. To check out our full range please visit my website.
