Hello and welcome aboard our “Timber” Australasian Close to My Heart Blog Hop.
If you have arrived here from Crop, Craft, Create then you are in the right place. If you landed here by accident, no problem, please join in by following the link at the end of this post.
Today I would like to share with you a creation which features Close To My Heart Featured collection “Timber”. This is a wonderful outdoorsy and masculine paper collection. I decided to use it for my little boy.

I just love the Kraft paper with this Timber collection. I’ve teamed it up with the following stamp sets: D1937 Magical Alphabet, B1712 This Right Here (the arrows) and of course the Z3741 Gnome Matters (stamp and thin cut set). I love the Gnomes. So much so that I fussy cut their attire from scraps of the Timber papers. The beards I coloured using a white pencil. The flowers and arrows were coloured using the Red Shimmer Brush. All stamping was in the Intense Black Ink.
The cute arrow shape I created by cutting the strips of Timber paper to 3 1/2″ wide and then tracing the corner of one of the stitched square thin cuts and cutting by hand. I did the same for the photos too.

This Workshop collection can be yours for just $53. Individual components can be ordered from your CTMH consultant.

I’d love you to leave a comment before heading off to the next stop, Lauren’s CTMH Craftings.
