Round 2 of Card Chain Swap Cards Series that we started in November. It’s a fun journey with 9 other Australian demonstrators. It is a card version of what is called “Chinese Whispers” in Australia. Each of us designed a card (in mailing round 1) and sent it off to one of the other participants. That person CASE-d (Copy And Share Everything / Copy And Selectively Edit) the card and send their version on to the next person. The card made its way around until finally a version came home to the maker. This is the second card in this series of blog hops for each of the card designs to share the fun and amazement at the evolution.
My card below was the 6th version of the card made by Monique Witherby, from NSW. So if you want to see how the design started out be sure to check hers out first and follow around in order. Some of the ladies blog and some share to their Facebook Pages (or both).

For my version of this card I choose to use papers from the “Cute as a Bug’ Designer Series Paper (#166994) for the pattern blocks, on a Old Olive Cardstock Cardbase and A Mossy Meadow Cardstock Mat. The tea party bugs were punched from the same DSP, using the “To The Point Label Punch” (#164568), I then matted that on Basic White Cardstock and fussy cut to match the shape. The “hello” stamp is from the “Fabulous Sayings” Stamp Set (January 26 Product of the Ponth).
For the inside of the card I added some fussy cut ants marching along, from the DSP. To shop for any of these products you can head over here to my website.

Follow the blog hop from start to finish to see how this chain started and progressed.

These bugs are soooo cute. I love how well you’ve used the papers for the feature and the background. It tells such a lovely story.
