Our Card Chain Swap Cards that we started in November is drawing to an end – this is the second last card. It’s a fun journey with 9 other Australian demonstrators. It is a card version of what is called “Chinese Whispers” in Australia. Each of us designed a card (in mailing round 1) and sent it off to one of the other participants. That person CASE-d (Copy And Share Everything / Copy And Selectively Edit) the card and send their version on to the next person. The card made its way around until finally a version came home to the maker. This is the second card in this series of blog hops for each of the card designs to share the fun and amazement at the evolution.
My card below was the starting point of this particular chain. So, if you want to see how the design changed as it went along, then follow around in order. Some of the ladies’ blog and some share to their Facebook Pages (or both).

For this card, that I feel like I made so long ago – right at the time I was still creating Christmas Cards I have used a lot of now retired pruducts – sorry about that. But the concept is simple and you can recreate with anything you have. Choose a pattern piece of DSP and die cut the shape from the middle, this piece is raised on Foam Dimensionals. Underneath three strips of card stock, I used a gold metallic aswell for one. Embellish as desired and add sentiment of choice.

Until next time,
Happy Crafting
